solved.

i forgot, that everyone needs not only the same map, but complete identically renegade version. one is able to see only servers compatible with ones renegade-version.

because i had a different cameras.ini in my directory, there were no servers. same in LAN. 1 pc had it, the other i forgot to copy into.
