Who cares who else is doing it? When I ran my 24 player server "Blazers Dedicated Server" over a year ago, I had "Mod Monday" and "Friendly Fire Friday", you don't see me bickering about who had it first or if its a "stolen" idea.
Any idea that is good is bound to be thought of by more than one person. Also if I am not mistaken, all the oneshell.de servers are gamespy mode, so is it really such a theft of intellectual property just because they want to host a mod night?
