I can't log into Jumpgate: The Reconstructive Initiative for some reason. I can login to the forums (but I can't view the board for some reason) and I can log into the website. When I logged into the site, it said my account was still active and they I had paid for this month already. However I can't connect to the actual game for reasons unknown (my account hasn't been hacked and I haven't forgotten my password, because the site, forums, and game all use the same account). I even changed my password to see if the new one would let me log into the game, but it still wouldn't let me.

I'd be glad to help if I knew what the damn a Jumpgate: The Reconstruction Initiative was.
Perhaps the C&C Renegade official forums are the wrong place to ask this?
Forum screenshot looks like you're either banned or just not authorized yet. You confirmed your account when you registered, right?
yeah

Well even though I have no idea what jumpgate is you might want to check if you got any new firewalls or if windows firewall enabled itself for some reason and decided not to tell you and also decided not to give any allow or deny messages (it's happened to me) also check if you got any new av's as well, they sometimes have a firewall built in.
