how do I change my avatar ingame, and set it so that it always comes up the same? and so it doesn't revert to the default skin?

i can't find the option anywhere in the options menu Sad

I've no idea what you're talking about.
There are no avatars ingame.

If you're meaning avatars on this forum, read on.
If not, then i cannot help you - as your question makes little sense.

Crimson has disabled the option for changing avatars via the options panel, as it is open to abuse (inapropriate images). Every avatar for the forum must first be verified, then added by crimson herself.

Heh. For those who do not know. Avatar's are the little people you control.

The short answer is no. You have to accept whatever your character looks like when you purchase him.

I think using an old man so you can have a volt auto rifle is worth it.

However if you MUST have them look different, there are a variety of skins you can download to change the appearance of just about everything in the game.

They have a lot of skins. Although not the only skin site, it is one of the largest

You can also change the appearance of a select few of the characters by clicking the arrow in the top right of the Purchase Terminal Icon before you purchase them.
