I have a little test server I put up just to test my mods/etc. I have no bot running except for my bot that I'm working with. I noticed that another bot on the server that regulates a completely separate server (different remote admin info (pass & port) than my server) was able to send commands to my server...

The thing that boggled me was that I had "AllowRemoteAdmin" set to 'false' (opposite from which it's defaulted to 'true') :/ How was it able to process those commands and could this be fixed with TT? It's really annoying...To fix it I had to set 'AllowRemoteAdmin = true' and set a random password and port

Try setting it to 0. Perhaps it interprets false as nonzero and therefore true. That's just a guess though, never really looked at it... Just put a pass. Wink

I've had this too, I set the password to some jibberish. When it's set to "false" or "0" it still allowed the bot to send stuff to the FDS. When I set it to "1", it stopped.

So I guess the value should have been named "UseRemoteAdminPass" then... Razz Weird behaviour though.
