looks ok, i'm not a fan of rainbow crap 
i have found if you make stealth skins in gimp, it will get rid of that "transparent" effect. Like, you can see through it as normal, but otherwise you'll get those transparency overlays so it's less transparent than the rest. Gimp fixes that, at a close distance, at makes it look like one object. Unless you like it looking like it does in you're screen shot, use gimp. There isn't anything extra you need to do. If it doesn't work for you, just send me you're file and I'll see what I can do
