Ok, my budget has no limit and we already expect to spend upto 2000-3000 GBP but that might rise still.

We still yet to decide on the CPU, but I prefer AMD CPU's over Intels, am waiting on the Phenom II to be released, but I am looking at Intels i7 through.

Going to overclock the CPU.

Machine is going to have to have two ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 2 GB video cards installed in Quad CrossfireX.

Need a full tower for sure which needs to be awesome at cooling, PC might be water/liquid/fan cooling.

Other then these few things, not sure on everything else, but PSU needs to be around 1000watt since the video cards are very power hungry.

Motherboard needs to have aleast 2 PCI-E v2 x16 slots (must due to the video cards) and a other PCI-E v2 slot for a sound card, but more the better to be honest, also one or two PCI v2 slots would be handy, motherboard needs to be well layed out due to the crazy size of the video cards, we talking about 9-12 inchs long.

Will do a raid 0 setup to use as the gaming drive.

Any ideas?

Never built a proper PC before, so got a few of these topics all over the place, the aim is to build a gaming PC that will blow the crap out of everything else out there.
