Html is disabled, and you must use BBCODE (called FUDCODE here I believe), which does not contain any definition of a tag that allows you to embed flash.

Make it an animated gif. You don't have much for an animation. Flash isn't really required. The image your trying to make is only 100 x 100 so you'll barely notice any "jumping" of the image.
