Many people have asked me to run my server 24/7. I would love to do that, but I can't that since Renegade uses a lot of bandwith and my internet connection is usally in heavy use by the other people in my house hold, during the day that is. So I will try to run the server when ever I can, it usally will be up about 9PM Central time(-6). Server stats are at yano.com They are some what up to date.

I normally dont joint servers that are on Glacier or leave when the next map is Glacier. It runs so slow for me it kills the gameplay although I'd really like to play it (@decent FPS) but firefights @ around 12FPS really bites the big one. Crying or Very Sad

Or just delete the C&C_Glacier_flying.mix file, then you have no Problem with Glacier (it really works)

Really, you get a low FPS during firefights? mine stays up in the 20-30 zone.

Not just during firefights but thats when the low FPS hurts the most...I need smooth movement for those all important head shots.

So someone mentioned deleting the *.mix and re-extracting ?

To me 20-30 is low.On glacier im usually around 60-70 a bit low for me but its alot better than some people so I cant really complain.

Ack: "My map is cool and stuff"

I know this is a truelly good map even if some people get a slow FPS...

It is the only fan map to ever be added to the offical patch and it deserves a place in peoples rotations.
