i got a new FX 5500 to remplace my old MX 400 (lol....) since the hmm the 3rd day of using it i started to get weird bugs and some problems like the blue screen of death when playing CS 1.6 saying that the nvd_disp4 crashed or something and a weird bug that i havent seen anywhere before in ren anyway am crashing a lot in most of the games i play and i wanted to know if there is a solution for this

Is that GFX card 2nd hand? If so, I'm afraid that it may be broken... bsod can be caused by many things but usually indicates:
* driver problem
* hardware problem

Or it could simply be overheating, do you have case fans blowing over the card to shift hot air away from it, and have you verified the fan on the card itself (assuming it has one) is working correctly?
Most likely cause other than overheating is, as Gozy said, driver issues or hardware failure.
