I have AVG. Haven't had a virus, and only one early warning removal in the past three years.
Also, may want to get Lava Soft's AdAware. I actually find it more helpful than an antivirus; in tandem with AVG, my PC's been stable for quite a while.

Not norton one
Symantec antivirus corporate edition
It does not have all this extar shit its very simple effective as norton and not this high cpu gui and such matter of fact my laptop has 512 mb of ram with vista and with that and still runs smooth, trust me i had norton anti virus and trust me i know what your talking about its mixed everywhere high cpu high memory usage and o ya Symantec anti virus corporate edition does not require a cd key and also does not need to register or activate or renew you just install and boom your ready it works great, AVG slowed my pc down more then this
