I been trying to make BMP files Transparent but fail.

I use Photoshop 7 geting the new one soon.

But does anyone here know how to make bmp files transparent?

Yes here is a pic of a bmp file and if you look closely you can see the flag in the pics


Now im going to change it to jpg just so i can upload it here but the real image is in bmp.

Just because the image used transparent layers when it was originally created does not mean the BMP file itself has transparency. The alpha layer information was lost when it was saved in a format (BMP) which does not support it.
