i live in the middle of nowhere, atm work in a shop as im trying to save some money up so I can afford to go to university next year.
As a result of where I live I get about 1 mb internet at the most and my connection can't handle most of the newer games online and thus I stuck with renegade.

Here I go.
I'm Kirby Peawauket and I live in a Chicago Suburb right nearby Joliet in Illinois. At least for parts of the year I do. Currently I'm in college. I go to Bradley University in Peoria, IL and am a junior Electrical Engineering major. I'm also a moderator on the Renegade Forums.
What else... I like electronics, programming, play tons of Rockband on the Xbawkz 360... Hope to get a job working with embedded systems. Maybe with a defence contractor. That'd be pretty sweet... What else... I have a girlfriend, we've been going out for just over a year... Took her to a fancy yet slightly odd Italian steakhouse to celebrate. I didn't know the Italians were known for steak...
Yeah I can't think of anything else to add...
I forgot, I also play Guitar and build Guitar Effects pedals...

hmm
Well my name is Andrew ( go figure) and im currently 19, living in Ottawa Canada. I'm in my second year of University studying in a unique program called bachelor of information technology -> networking stream. Its a joint program between Carleton University and Algonquin college.. basically i do 60% University, and 40% college over 4 years-> 40 courses.
However i also enrolled in Coop which means i go to work starting next year for one year, in the field, so its actually a 5 year program.
Basically whats awesome about the program is when i graduate i get a degree from carleton university in IT, a diploma from algonquin college in IT, and when i complete COOP that will also be added onto the degree, and ontop of it all i'll have the background in both CCNA and CCNP certification. Oh, and of course the subject covered falls mostly in networking, but we still do hardware and software ( ASM, c++, Java, php/html etc ). Definately liking school thats for sure.
So when im not busy with school i currently work @ a breakfast/lunch restaurant on weekends ( doors lock at 3pm meaning i have nights free .. ), and also work @ the university on wednesdays before a single class in the late afternoon. So when it doesnt deal with school or work, i spend my time with my amazing girlfriend of 9months.
Oh, and i have my own car ... 2001 chrysler neon ftw

I'm Nikki, and I'm 21. My main job is managing apartment buildings. I've just gone back to school, doing classes in Business, and Political Science. My dream job is to go into journalism, and write about cars.
I love music, golf, and I also fence. Since I'm in Vancouver, I also do a bit of mountain biking, occasional sailing and I ski in the winter, although not as much as I'd like. Other interests vary from trading equities, to working on cars. My own vehicle is just a 1990 GMC Sierra, but I aim to get a 70's Corvette sometime soon.

I've been fencing since I was about 10, and was taught in the 'French Tradition; my coach was a real hardass, and I fell out with him. Now I just do it recreationally, and I've only stuck with foil, and epee.

My name is Daniel, I'm 22 as of this past August, and I live in New Jersey. Aside from gaming I enjoy going shooting, SCUBA diving, and building models. I am also currently working on a novel.
I tend to be the fly on the wall, preferring to hang back and observe rather than interact. I try to talk as little as possible, because I have a tendency to fumble over words while speaking. For the same reason, I try to avoid most people I don't know unless they're introduced by someone I know and trust. I do most of my socializing online because I find it easier and more comfortable to communicate anonymously (and with a keyboard, which lets me correct the mistakes I inevitably make before anyone can notice them), but I do have a small number of very loyal friends.

Ah, I haven't been fencing for too long. Just done foil so far, and I want to pretty much master that before I move onto another weapon. Epee doesn't seem like my style, but I may try it. Eventually, I'd like to go for sabre.
I guess I sort of stopped fencing in the sense that I haven't been taught by a coach in around a year, but I'm hopefully going to go back into it this winter.
In the meantime, I've been trying to increase my point control and general accuracy by various means. Hitting a plaid pillow (The boxes make good targets, I suppose), stuff like that.
Recently found a little ball thing that's about the size of a golf ball. I've been hitting it around my carpet floor, trying to not hit the floor (I can tell due to the distinct brush sound, and you can usually just feel it), and also trying to hit the ball itself. Trying to see how fast I can get it to roll then immediately make it stop by simply putting the tip of my foil in the way.
I dunno, probably really weird, and I probably just suck at accuracy.
How exactly does it work "recreationally", by the way? Do you just kinda practice on your own, or do you just fence with a few other people for shits n giggles?

I'm Steven. In my spare time I deal with my college work, or volunteer at Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare. I'm 17, nearly 18 and I intend to go to Uni and become a Veterinary Surgeon (because animals are cool).
In case you hadn't already worked it out, I like animals, however, my family have an allergy to animal hair (I don't) and so I can only own small animals in the home. So I breed hamsters. As a result of this, I currently own 11! (It's odd for hamsters to have litters larger than 5, and this one is 9)
Oh well. Hamsters and drunk friends on MSN...
Renguard is a wonderful initiative
