This is one of Microsoft's pain-in-the-asses. I've never found a way to turn it off. Personally I think it should say "Your running a win32 platform (It doesn't matter what's in this file, you're infected already)"
EDIT: Why are your window borders so large?

Try right clicking on the file and setting the appropiate settings in the properties dialog, I seem to recall this fixed a similar problem.

If we had to ban all who ever cheated or ever created a cheat (obj3cts and such) then I don't think there would be many members left here (sad fact).

No, that's its forerunner from XP Hex.

why did you cover up what program it is that's running? That could help us tell you how to prevent the message appear.

I have Vista and UAC is disabled and I still get that now and then(though it doesn't bug me), so it is not UAC.

I get this on unsigned executables in XP, its not a Vista-only thing.
The file is not (really) the culprit. Microsoft has just decided that if each file dos not have a few lines of text marked as a digital signage, the file could be a virus. its the same chance as any other executable to contain malicious content.

I sent this PM to SSnipe. He got back saying the second solution worked and also requested me to post it for others.

Quote:

The following steps are NOT recommended so as to protect your system but because you asked:

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU ADJUST TO LIVE WITH THE PROMPTS. WHILE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO AS YOU PLEASE ON YOUR SYSTEM, BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS, YOU ARE SEVERELY COMPROMISING YOUR SYSTEM.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The following are solutions for both desktop and Internet Explorer.

For Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Options > Security > Local Intranet > Uncheck the first box and enable the other three checkmarks as this shows:

http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll130/pawkyfox2008/01.png

----------------------------------------------------

You can do this as well. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DO:

Open Internet Options > Security > Click on Internet > Custom Level > Scroll down and disable Launching applications and unsafe files. Do this for Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO DO BUT WILL STOP THE PROMPTS WHEN YOU ARE USING INTERNET EXPLORER.

http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll130/pawkyfox2008/02.png

----------------------------------------------------

For .exe files running from desktop:

Start > in the search field, type gpedit.msc > OK

Microsoft Management Console opens:

Click User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager:

Right click Inclusion list for low file types > Click Properties > Select Enabled > in the field below, type .exe > Click OK and exit.

RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

IF THIS DID NOT WORK, THEN PLEASE TELL ME.

Thanks.
