Renegade blue screen issue' [message #354086]

I recently bought a laptop with Windows Vista on it. Everytime i try to install the program windows asks me to allow setup.exe to run, I click allow then a few seconds later I get the Blue Screen of Death on it and computer restarts. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
