remove any files starting with o and ending with .dds in your data folder.

no i did not tamper with anyfiles.
the map is cnc mesa, (with my grass skin, changes snow and stuff to grass) however it is like this on every map so it does not madder

What else do you have added I mean explain EVERYTHING you have done before that happen to your ob.
Also try removing all skin files inc grass and such.

so,
i wanted an obby skin (had the lame 1 with out the liquid bars thigns on the sides. so i got one, got the wrong one, deleted it, got the other one and this happend...

Backup all your skins, then delete them from your data folder. See if it's still there. If it is, you're fucked. If it isn't, re-add each file until you see the green obelisk again.

The green Obi is my skin I offered you on the Jelly Forums ROFL. You should keep your downloaded files in order, so you are able to look after the filename ^^.
