My dsl cable modem is in my room with my pc. since we are getting a new router we dont have that much money to get a router and a new network card. we dont want a usb one so. to save money and have a faster internet speed to my downstairs pc we are just got to have a network cable go from router to it. 50 feet wire would do it, now, i dont want any comments on that all i want help on is one problem, which is which type of network cord do i us?. i thought the Ethernet network cord was one of a kind now im learning there types like 5e 5 or 6 or cat 7 and etc. id like to know what would be the best one for me to us with my 10 mb download and 1 upload speed cable?
