that picture is very deceptive, by Crimson's statics 10,000-15,000 people still play renegade. Im guessing your EU, but even then thats wrong because there is ALWAYS atleast 200 people on WOL. Ive been on at like 4am on a saterday (just gettin home), which is a prime EU renegade time and it was like 350+ so..

Well, don't forget some servers (for example Renegade community marathon blablaahblah #1 or whatever) say 1/40 when really there are about 35 people in there playing.

There are also quite a lot of players on GameSpy or direct connecting with RR, so I guess those don't count.

Yeah, the ladder has recorded games for 11589 players so far this month. And yes, that does include a small percentage who have more than one name, and no, that doesn't count the ones who don't play every month but do still play from time to time.
Also, the current online players don't include GSA/direct connect players.
I'm the bawss.

There are "Online" links for each game there. You can confirm playercounts directly from there. With Renegade, just subtract "# games" from "# players" and you'll know how many actual people are currently playing on XWIS. Too bad there's no ladder or GSA tracker for us there.
