I have the cd but lost the cd key, so I went online to find one. Now im at the internet login screen and after trying to make a new name it said 9 people already registered to the CD key and it lists the names. It says that if I dont remember any of the passwords I can type "reset passwords" but it doesnt say where to type it. Then it says press print scrn to take a screen shot of the required passwords.

basically I dont know where to type reset passwords

Pick a random account name (that you own), type in a wrong password, try to login it brings you to an empty server list. On the left menu, hit Chat (or WOL Chat), and type in something like /reset password or without the /, it will then reset the password of only that account to whatever just poped up in that window.

I tried everything you said but when im in the chat menu and type /reset password or "reset password" nothing happens
