I want to edit the WLT file for the tunnels in C&C Islands, its a lightmap if im correct. But I dont know how to edit it, and in which program i should do it. And if possible i want to use it for Multiplayer internet games.

A .WLT file is not a lightmap, it is actually just a large list of lights.
