It's not RG compatible. You can find most of them on game-maps.net . The one just posted is a clear cheat. It contains radar hack, shows your building state, has advantage scrins and what else... And all that in one single screenshot.

it's not really a hack since you can only see your team's positions unless you have radar hack.. no server cares so it's fine
