I think it's a lot fucking safer to assume that they're the same person than to assume they're not, if this game's history has given us any indication.
Even then, I'm not inclined to support giving him another chance (regardless if I actually have any say) for the simple fact that he seems to be TOO much like his cousin.

I agree, they are both annoying, but I must persist that they are two different people. Although one could argue that they are so similar there is hardly a difference. Seriously, they are two different people though.

Saw this topic and I recognized the name "HeavyX101". I was playing in one of the Jelly servers and saw a message that he was kicked/banned for using rgh. I paged him while I was ingame and had an ongoing discussion in which he admitted to using it and I was just taunting him like "HAHAH you got banned cheater". I was given a response like "I can change my serial and IP!!" and I was like "So you admit to using it?", I never got a reply after that.
