Why would you need to change your serial?
To go more into detail, I'm pretty confident that C&C 3 has it's own built-in option to change your serial for the installation, therefore, there probably isn't a specific serial changer like the one for Renegade. If you've already got another serial, just go in-game, go to Options, find the change option, and throw in your serial. If you haven't got another serial, you should be looking for a keygen, but talk of such stuff here is WRONG!! WRONG WRONG WRONG! VERY BAD! KEYGENS DONT EXIST!! SHAME ON YOU FOR EVEN THINKING ABOUT ONE!!
