Resurrection fixes a few and requires the person to be running RR to get them, also RG is the thing that really isn't needed since TT isn't far away and RG has some annoying bugs which cause people's renegade to crash.

About the Vista(which sucks) thing I remember having that option in properties when I first got my Vista(did I mention it sucks?) laptop but it disappeared I'm guessing after a windows update Rocked Over
