It should be in your Windows Update, if it isn't, that means there are conflicts between the drivers you have in your computer and SP1, so best not to install.

I would strongly suggest you not install it I installed it and it messed up a few things including a game that will no longer work on this computer because of it.

It's best to install it over a clean installation of the Vista OS itself. That cleared all problems here.

I only had one problem when I installed it, I just had to reinstall the audio drivers and it works now, So far nothing wrong that I can sense
