Recruit

So i go to start up renegade and i click on the game, and it gives me an error message i don't remember what, so i tried to un-install game and it wouldn't let me, so i deleted all renegade files and it still wont let me, now when i got to un-install it gives me this message....... Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\11\00\Intel32\Ctor.dll

So now i don't know what do to do. and this only happened tonight, and a couple hours ago i downloaded rengaurd and it was working fine then i stopped playing turned off computer and this is what i was faced with^^^^
