Hi, I used to play back 3 or 4 years ago as max kragen, kikturd, kragenx and a few other aka's...went thru some changes and now I don't have the game anymore but want to get in and play and was wondering if this demo is worth downloading or if I should just wait (prolly a month) to be able to afford the whole game?

I tried a couple different torrent d/l's but apparently the servers don't like pirated copies of the game Look Round

Technically RxD is warez, as you are a) modifying the game without permission, and b) distribute important game files over the internet, with as goal making the game free to download for everyone.

I am not going to bother quoting all above, just to keep post short.

First "FAQ Sucks"?
I take it you did not realize that pretty much everything in our faq is a joke. Obviously our humor went over your head. (Again I rest my case)

Second "Let's not mention that you didn't contact EA for permission, hence all your activities are illegal."

I take it everyone that has ever edited files contained on original Renegade CD's have written legal permission to do it?
Not using that as an excuse, but pointing out the fact that its a case of "The pot calling the kettle black"

Third a) modifying the game without permission

One word no-cd patch (oops 2 words, one containing a hyphen)

Fourth b) distribute important game files over the internet

Again point towards Third point.

Unfortunately I am not a lawyer, and do not play one on tv, and unlike many people here I will not try to be something I am not and try to pull some legal jargon outta my stinkhole.
I am sure that there are legal issues here. If anyone at EA would like to contact any one of us and discuss it, would be more than happy to talk to them.
And if you bothered to read the disclaimer, all users are required to own a copy of the game. wheeeeeeh.
