hi there! i was just wondering if theres any probs wit the server? cos ive tryed logging in for the last 2 days n it just keeps saying cannot connect to the server! pls help me figure out whats going on. i wanna play renegade again Crying or Very Sad

there arent many that can get on...dont think so atleast, i can, but there are only like 15 servers up... Confused

ea in my opinion is ruining all of westwoods great works. Like renegade i feel its one of the best game i have ever played and ea almost feels like it doesn't exist. Release a fricken patch u Bums oh so it didn't make as much money as expected its still a bad ass game!

AFAIK WOL is fine--I've been able to log on but there aren't any good 24 player servers when I was on. Sad

Try deleting your HOSTS file.

WOL isnt fine, EA's link to AT&T seems to be fucked up so any users routed through AT&T wont be able to connect. but anyone that is routed through Sprint seems to be able to connect fine.

So we have established that some people are having problems with connecting to the server. Has anyone had any luck resolving this?

I couldn't believe when I went to westwood tech support and looked for server issues there reply was they don't provide live support for any of the C&C games anymore. I think that is pretty lame considering all the money C&C has made for them and how many people are still using their games.

Just needed to vent, EA is the largest game provider you think they would provide better support to there customers. I think I'll reconsider buying anymore EA software in the future. Mad

I am using sprint dsl and able to log in and play.

However, I noticed half the normal servers on the play list are gone.

We have two ears but only one mouth. So that we can listen more and talk less.

Have fun with the small quantity of servers there are. Even if I could get on right now theres no where to play, half of the servers are gone.

i have generals there servers work but it is messed up no one can connect to matches so i think it is the new v1.6 patch for generals that caused now i see why they wanted to delay it
