How is it rascism unless you believe christians are a separate race. Christians come in all shapes sizes and races. Christianity is a religeon copied straight off the egyptians, it is not a race.

LOL Razor...good one! I wonder which Mod got owned with that false link LMFAO.

Couldn't say. It wasn't me who clicked, and I was the one who edited it. It was a very poor "April Fool's" joke. I don't even know what it linked to (never seen that site address before), but because it looked like a legitimate news link, it would have been treated as one.

"Religion," refers to a practice, or a set of rituals. "I brush my teeth religiously" means you make a habit to do so at regualar and timely intervals. "I take communion religiously" means you do so on a regular basis, not that your faith in [whatever] is any stronger from doing so. Christianity means the acceptance of God's existence, mankind's wickedness, Jesus as savior, the end.
So Christianity seems to be more of a set of beliefs and moral standards than a religion. Protestantism and Catholocism seem to be more like religions, more often called sects because of the first misconception. In protestantism, the people gather, hold a service, collect tithe, sermon, worship, go home. Every Sunday and wednesday, usually at a set time. Schedules. Catholicism has a MUCH more structured schedule and set of rituals that they abide by even more so (at least in the cookie-cutter TV spots I see sometimes on their channel). This sort of leads me to believe that Catholics are more religous than Protestants as a whole (though it does not mean they are any more or less faithful IN these practices).
Islam unfortunately seems to be one of the few beliefs in which faith and religion seem to be uniformly high throughout the body *cough*wakeupcallforchristians*cough*
Afraid to say it, but in this, atheists can sometimes be more religous than non-atheists.
Also, if you go to church every Easter/Christmas, it doesn't mean you are a Christian, it just means you're religious.
Ah, sorry for the off-topic. Just noticed "religion" mentioned about thirty thousand times in this thread. Anyway, yeah. This hardly seems like "heated discussion." Just a stupid troll-ish remark with no constructive purpose whatsoever.
