When i download the apb beta 2 full installer....do i need the pacthes afterwards?

If it's the same as it was when I was heading it up, the full installation has the latest patch installed already. If they released anything since you'll need to install that in order to use it properly online.

If a patch is released, a full installer including the patched data is released alongside it. So no, you shouldn't need to. Download the patched full installer.
