use this
copy it to folder :
GMAX/GamePacks/Westwood/Plugins

- Open RenX
- click on the hammer 'utilities' in the right tab
- click on MaxScript
- click on 'Open Script'
- select the w3d plugin file from the plugin map (which i send here)
- below 'Run Script' you can see a bar, click on it and select w3d gmax importer
- click on 'load w3d object' to load a w3d file

if you still don't know how to do it, well then you are.. ehh dumb Smile
