1) Download NR
2) Install it
3) Start it, it will automatically detect the Servers' dir and popup then
4) from left to right:
Moderators= Add the names and if needed, change the permission level of each command
Administration= Not really much to do here, add some words for the filter if you want and choose how to deal with players when a censored word is written.
IRC= This is self-explanatory
FDS Settings= NR reads the svrcfg_cnc.ini from your DATA dir. You have to add stuff per map like rules, vehicle limit and mine limit. Or if you are too lazy to configure the file with Notepad, do it with NR and click on "Refresh".
NR Settings= Also self-explanatory, hold the pointer above a value and a tooltip will appear.
That's basically all, if you click on "more options", a new tab will appear with some advanced settings. Mind you, Jukebox is a bit buggy to some players. Probably because it uses the musica command instead of snda which would be more compatible. For me with scripts 3.44 it works fine.
Ladder and website reporting require some knowledge about setting up a website right.
And to make commands in LUA, you will need LUA. RenLUA from Vloktboky, to be more precise.
