ok after alot of contemplating over textures and votes of textures ect, i have decided to just finish my map and let the people flame me for its "fucked up abandoned mansion" look

The main structure of the map (geometry) is not too bad but it needs to be re textured and a lot of objects added. Currently it is a bit boring in the shops, you should have objects in them. Also pickups would be nice around the maps. It is easy to mod a temp preset and make a spawner to spawn chosen objects. With more work it could be a good map.

The texture Kinda reminded me of a castle. I think plain white with a blue stipe going horizontal would be fine.

This map was laggy as hell. That needs to be fixed.

The Maps textures are VERY poor and could definatly be redone, there are some map problems where vertex's do not meet.

The map could do with some proper Prop's to give it a more feel, you just didnt spend enough quality time on it.

We need more stuff too...let's do a month project, but we need some good mappers/modellers in...


I'm doing a bunch of computers/TVs/etc. for another mod, I could donate them (For a computer/electronics shop). I also have a few "antique" vases, lamps, tables and chairs that I've done, or am doing for another mod that I could also donate for this (You can make one of the shops an antique shop, and make dozens of vases/lamps/tables/chairs by taking the few I donate and add several variations of skins for each model).
