Edit the ammunition and set SprayBulletCost to zero.

Did you hold down the fire key or did you release it? You cannot make it a perfect non-reload weapon just like the repair gun.

This is problem for cheating but why didnt you use the search command before starting a new post? This has already been answered before in another post.
