I hope you are kidding. ISO is 1 of the easiest formats to compress into a smaller file(s). A 650mb iso huh? Several ways of doing it. This method is not very effective but:
1)open the .iso with winrar, extract the contents of it into a folder, then repack it as a .rar
2)or my personal favorite, use winrar to slit up the archive into xmb peices, creating many, smaller sized files.
It still all depends on why you need to compress it, for transfer, use the split rar archive method, if you are trying to just save space so you can store it, then you are out of luck.
