But what about your mind.
Is your mind a physical object? Is it tangible?
What if it is only electrical signals or wave pulses. Who is to say that if those signals are interrupted (if existent) wouldn't cease all function of the mind? Erase thoughts, memories, damage your mind to a state of irreparable return?
Think of it like changing a TV channel. You being on one channel can represent you being in one location. If you change the channel, it represents you teleporting to a different location.
But what happens when you change the channel? What ever is being broadcasted is totally different. That represents how warping would effect your mind.
However, if you really sit down to think about it... who is to say that if you want to teleport.. that YOU have to break yourself down and travel?
Why can't the two locations themselves break down and switch, thus creating a rupture.. or some kind... making some sort of doorway between the two points. When completed, the two locations revert back to normal.
