Simple straightfoward fix. This is based on you having Microsoft Internet Explorer. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Multimedia (List) > Play Animations In Web Pages (check the box) this should solve your problem. May need to restart your browser though or press F5. If the image below switches every few seconds then it's working.
