This is strange.
I think I might have edited something I shouldn't have in FreshUI.
This image is not edited other than cropping and reducing the colours to 20.
EDIT: XP sp2

I'd just system restore it if you can, I dont know what freshUI is, but if you wanna change your wallpaper now, you might want to just go to google, find a pic, save it somewhere, and right click>set as wallpaper.

I hope i've set restore to auto.
I changed it to XP thinking that would fix it, hence the blue background and XP bar across the top. If you have seen any of the images I've posted on this site (or renhelp) you may have noticed I've never had it set as XP.
Working on the SR now.

Can you upload yours, just incase.
Restored to 2 days ago. Anything before that was behind a lot of installed crud that I don't want to go through again.
Still won't appear.
Stupid Automatic updates is throwing me the restart later/now window. Love to turn it off but I'd always forget to update.
EDIT: I think I know what it is. I edited ntoskrnl.exe in windows/syteam32 attempting to change the boot screen. It didn't work (probably because its now corrupted). I save the original in two places, so I'll go into safe mode, change it back and see if it works.
EDIT2: Darn, still won't work.

I actually tried that before I posted here, it didn't work (as it was already set at what it needed to be).
But I read the description (when in the window to change its enabling, there is an extra tab) just now, and it informed me that setting this to Disabled should work. And it did! Thank you!
It also fixed up the ability to show common tasks (But I never use that setting)Sorry for posting the image of it in the wrong thread.

In order to reaplpy the desktop features you can open it in paint and then select "Set as Background" to add a new theme you have to find the theme and use the .msstyles file to restor it.
