no they do not.
Hummer has 50 more armor and 50 more health and costs $50 more.
Buggy is faster
Both do same amount of damage as a APC does
Basic GDI Rifle infantry can take down a buggy really easily. Due to the fact the buggy is weaker, and the GDI Rifle does 7 damage per hit.
Takes a bit more work from NOD rifle infantry to take down a hummer. since the hummer is stronger and their rifle only does 5 damage per hit.

Wrong again, 25 more health and 25 more armor.

Nah. Jelly is arguably the biggest server..But st0rm is a serious server. Lots of good players, not too many at one time (Usually no more than 15), gooood stuff going down there.
