Yes, I just need to rebuild the swimming script now and it will be ready for release, there will be a persistent flow of updates after that.

put a boot disk in ur floppy or your cd drive turn that mother on, get the command prompt. and COPY C:\myscripts to a disk !!!!

and if it is totaly dead just find another computer and put ur 'broken' as a slave. then just use recovery apps to get the files .. i do it all the time my basement looks like bill gates closet.

I did try, but the hard drive suffered from physical damage, luckily I only lost one mod. The other two still live.

This weekend I froze my hard drive for 24 hours, for some reason this action allowed me to get back onto the hard drive and recover ALL of my scripts. I have to update them a little here and there but then it is all systems go.

Freezing contracts the reading head of the hard disk by a little, which allows it to stop touching the disks (which is probably causing the problem) and thus let it run for some time before going back to the screwed up condition.

Ahah, I must relate this to the IT people at my mum's work, and save me about 10 hours of typing, although 10 hours @ £6.40, hmm....
