What used to solve the problem which shouldn't exist anymore:

You can also go into your registry (Start -> Run -> regedit), browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RenGuard and Edit the "Bottom", "Left", "Right" and "Top" values to anything between 200-1024 or so to make the RG window display normally again.
