I think part of it has to do with the image gallery. I'm working on rewriting it at the moment. When it's not using resources on the database server, things should improve, and if not, I will bug the web host. I get a little bit of lag at times, too... but it hasn't got any better or worse with the addition of these forums... you just notice it more because you're here more.

is that why the images in my sig wont appear Sad

oh btw the forums work perfect for me...could be your isp's?
