Hello, when my computer starts it say that Atipaxx has caused an error and Kernal32.dll has to close, I have Windows ME. Then when I try to run Renegade it says that DDRAW.dll could not start. I have an ATI Radeon 9225 card, I tryed installing the drivers and reinstalling the DirectX, so what should I do?

Try reinstalling renegade. normally solves a lot of problems, no doubt if you have RG installed thats causing your problem

1) No fighting in tech support topics.

2) Post tech support topics in... the tech support section!

3) No scripts 3.X support for ME, use 2.9.2

This is a computer problem, not a renegade problem. Becuae I can't run any of my other games. They all same the same thing DDRAW.dll could no start. I tryed installing DirectX and my ATI drivers but nope same problems. I mean it has to be the drivers because when I start windows it say that Atipaxx has caused an error in kernal32.dll and needs to close. I gues if it will not work I wil have to reinstall windows.

Sorry, that wasn't very clear

Here's what I should write...

Something in your windows install is fucked, repair / reinstall it. You may want to consider formatting your hard disk, as you probably have a lot of malware on there.

I would suggest using XP, it's fairly cheap, and is more stable, and has more software written for it than ME (these days, anyways)

Okay thanks, I will just have to reinstall and backup my files. Thanks anyway, I am to poor to get XP so I will just use ME, but I will install XP if my friend ever lets me borrow his XP install disk. Sarcasm

Relax man, he was just trying to help. Renegade is buggy as hell as we all know, and reinstalling often helps solve it.

A mod might like to move this to the Tech Support section as well.

I was picking on the latter half of his post, people seem unable to understand that people dedicate thier spare time to making anti-cheats and all people do is moan...
