Well, duh. He was presumed destroyed in TW2. Also, since KW will span across near the ending of Firestorm and the ending of C&C3, he'll have to show up in some form.

Hes a modification of EVA if i am not mistaken according to Firestorm, with a own will (and hes male, as EVA is probably female i guess).
Edit: Nvm, they addepted EVA for a short time (Nod) in firestorm cause Cabal went rampage, but hes still similar to EVA in some ways.

CABAL was Nod's artificial intelligence, ever notice why you have no EVA/CABAL on the First Nod Firestorm Mission, thats because you have to retrieve it, he got split apart by GDI. CABAL is much more intelligent than EVA, since she doesn't turn sentient, as CABAL did.
