Hello everybody.

I got a small surprise from Renz0r.com
We're created an online radio station a while ago.
It was Recon's idea, and he made most of it possible.
Now, after his departure, we have continued the project.

What I have done is rip all the music from every Westwood Game I have (which is basically all).
All that is uploaded to one of our Dedicated Servers.
This means it is playing 24/7 (if all goes well).

What is in the playlist:
- C&C Dawn + Covert Operations Soundtracks
- C&C Tiberian Sun + Firestorm Soundtracks
- C&C Red Alert + Counterstrike & Aftermath Soundtracks
- C&C Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge Soundtracks
- Dune 2000 Soundtracks
- Emperor the Battle for Dune Soundtracks

We also have some other music like:
- Tiberian Crisis Soundtracks (upcoming modification for TB-Dawn)
- Dune Spice Opera Blush
- Soundtracks of all 3 Matrix movies
- Alternative Music (scream trackers)
- Music originals and remixes from Chicajo.com
- Trance
- Acid House

And for those who like:
- Some classical music in the form of Soundtracks from popular movies, like Terminator and the Matrix In Love

This and many many more.

You can listen to us by downloading our playlist:
http://www.renz0r.com/radio/Renz0rRadio.m3u

It is compatible for basically any player.
But if incase it doesn't work, or you don't want to use a player, or
you don't have a player (?) you can also try our Radi0 Page:
http://www.renz0r.com/radio

Our aim is to keep the sounds of Westwood studios alive and maybe bring them to a new public.
Next to that, we hope to give people a different sound.
Some alternative music to listen to. Whiden your perspective of taste. In Love

Any requests for the playlist are welcome.
You can post here, or on renz0r.com or mail me.
<reckneya@hotmail.com>
<renz0r@email.com>
http://www.renz0r.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=231 (created for this)

Or just post here, I'll make sure I bookmark this thread and check it once in a while. Big Grin

Right now the userlimit is set to 32.
If it grows bigger, I can upgrade that. Big Ups

Enjoy! Thumbs Up

Greetz,

Reckneya

Also what happened to you can change your ISP I doubt you even know what a VPN is or even a remote idea of how the Internet even works.
If I disregard the deficit of cohesion between his statements, and the lack of proper spelling and use of symbols I think I know what he was trying to say, and I lol'd. No hard feelings though Brandan Wink

How much do you pay the respective owners to be allowed to stream their music 24/7?

I'd like to see the legislation saying that a non-profit company can stream music free of any charges...

Didn't he say he ripped them from the game?

If so, then he owns the copys of the songs and may do whatever he wishes with them. Aslong as he doesn't resell, distribute or edit, he can do what he likes with them.

Thank you for your concern there Goztow. Thumbs Up
Rules differ throughout the world.
In Holland when something like this becomes illegal is when I host it for 1000 users
(and actually have that ammount of listeners).

And like I said, I got the limit set to 32 users. Sarcasm
Besides, I indeed don't make any money out of it. It costs me money.
I hope that puts your sense of justice to rest, Goztow Satisfied

Thanks for the the add, mero Smile

Also, thanks for the requests I received.
I'm going to add some music from Rainbow 6 and Ghost Recon to it.
Still doubting about C&C generals music.
I hate the game, or more what it stands for in the world of the hardcore C&C fans.
But then again, the music is so similar to Ghost recon. (same composer), so what does it matter.

There is a song in Tiberian Dawn that plays when you win as Nod on the page where the scores, casualties and money earned gets displayed. Is this song part of this radio as well? The beginning of it is so great, it is just too bad that I can't find it anywhere.

I wish you could include music from NFS: Most Wanted. I don't really like the game, but most of the songs are quote good.

Will be hard, but I will try.
C&C 3 music I am looking for also, but my friend seems to be unable to find it using XCC mixer.
As soon as I have it, I will add it in the playlist.

It was Recon's idea, and he made most of it possible.

Hate to break this to you but Recon didn't come up with that. He simply stole it. In term of Renegade we have had a radio channel for a very long time. But that is alright were used to poeple stealing our shit and claiming it as their own.

You can't steal an idea like C&C music on line, just about anyone could think of that. Now if the two Internet radio sites popped up and the same time I would agree that someone had taken someone's idea.

Got 92% from the sounds of C&C, included Tiberium Wars (3) Although i dont got any Dune as i never saw it as a part of C&C(Tiberium/generals/red alert 2 era). Nice radio though.

I might upload a zip of all the C&C3's (if that is allowed).

For the ppl who still like Frank's music: http://www.frankklepacki.com/

Terminator, the song you ment is on his site too.

I've already sent him the C&C 3 tracks.

Also, luv2pb, reckneya means it was Recons idea to do a Renz0r radio, not stream C&C music... Also, just to point out, n00bradio's auto bot has very little C&C music on it, DJ Bloodmoss has alot, but only when he's online.

Ahh ok, I like some C&C3 tracks but they are way too short :\ My favourite is:

12 - Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars - Witness to a Catastrophe.mp3

Official C&C3 soundtrack disc ftw Smile

Sorry, I must have overred your post.
Yes, this song is part of the playlist as well.
But there is over 600 songs in the playlist now, so ... (lol)

However, if you own the game, you can listen to it any time you like.
Just google XCC mixer and see for yourself.
(not sure if I can post a tutorial or not Admins? Anyone?)

Thanks Merovingian for getting me the C&C3 songs.
I will add all the new music to the playlist tomorrow.

Any more request will of course be heard as well.

That's a little hypocrite, even the owner of these forums runs a same sort community-radio. If she posted the same topic for NS, I am pretty sure you wouldnt have replied like this.
If he likes to advertise his communityradio here, let him go for it. Either he plays legal music or not, it does not really concern you or me, and questioning him about it on his promo-topic is unneeded.

@reckneya, check this out for some ideas.
