Does anyone know what those are, or someone who might know? A friend of mine has some of them that he has had lying around for years now and can't even remember where he found them. My first thought was some small bullet casing, but I have never seen a round bottomed bullet. My second thought was a small CO2 cylinder, but they are way to small for that, as you can tell by looking at the ruler in the photo. I would also like to find out where to get more, because I am probably going to use them for some crafts if I can get my hands on more of them. Any ideas on what they are, or where to get more?

They almost look like the "handles" you would find on the end of a pull-chain. They do look very bullet-like but like you said bullets do not have a rounded bottom like that. Be sure to let us know if you find out for sure what the heck they are!

Spray them for GSR, then you'll mark out bullet casings, or confirm it.

If not, i'd predict compressed air bottles, probably from compressed air guns, but with their caps removed.

Too small/wierd shape for bullet casings-
Too small for C02.

REasons:

I have a few bullet casings myself, as well as doing some research on the net, I found that a shape like that, wouldnt be very stable in the barrel.

I also have three airsoft pistols, all needing a C02 Canister.
Even my smallest one- my P47, has a canister at least 2 1/2 inches long.

Interesting though.

My thouhts-
It looks like something used in old guns, not a case for a bullet persay...
I can just picture something being held in them, maybe gunpowder?

I can't imagine they are used to store anything since they have a large hole on one end and a small hole on the other. They seem to be some sort of mystery item, I can't find anything similar to them anywhere.
