Abortion is murdering a child that otherwise could have had a good and loving foster home, and a fulfilling life.

How is it not murder? Even though the baby has not been born yet. It lives. It's blood circulates. Abortion basically stops all that. Which is murder. That baby could've cured aids.

Not in this world, just go watch Idiocracy (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0387808/). That movie is dead on despite it's comical outlook on the situation.

Fetus = human. Consciously ending a human life (without consent) = murder. Thus, abortion = murder.

whoa.

And? I seriously think you people need to get over your stigma of murder. We should take a drive someday JBall....I could change your whole perspective on living.

It's not that the baby treasures life at that time... but that it could've cured aids when it grew up! And that might be one in a trillion, and we'd have to wait until after aids destroys the human race before another baby like that is born... which is too late.

Have you seen the kids today? They wont be curing anything other than the bacteria on a public urinal.

Just look at CNCNick or Viking....that's our future right there.

I know a girl who had an abortion, and if she hadn't had it, the kid would have grown up with a shitty childhood, likely with a learning disability, and would be total trash by age thirteen.

So if we should be able to kill kids BEFORE we know they're mistakes, should we be able to kill kids AFTER we realize they're mistakes?

No, but the state should intervene and make sure that the child goes to a home he/she needs in order to be raised properly, and with love.

The father should also be sterilized... just because I think he should, and I'm an asshole. Big Grin

However, that would require massive changes to the 'Foster Care' system.

It might actually just be easier to give the kid a great living and kill the parents, because I doubt the parents contribute much anyway.

At least give him or her a chance...we should all have the "right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" no matter how shitty that life would be.

Get over the stigma of murder? WTF?

Exactly. You can't go kill homeless people for that reason.

Unless it was rape or something I don't think it should be legal.

Personally, I am against abortion. If a teen gets pregnant, it's their own damn fault and they should raise the child, or at least put it up for adoption or in a foster home.

I think it would be good to abort if the kid was going to be born like super retarded or something. that's no life to live. But yeah it's a little touchy and I feel kind of bad thinking about a lil fetus being killed. Although you know I don't really see it as a person when it's only been a few weeks.

Even a mentally disabled/hendered person can live a very good life. I know first hand; my cousin is mentally disabled and lives a very good and happy life.

I'm with Canadacdn, also, being mentally disabled is no barrier to a happy life.

Abortion is murder, as murder is the taking away of life (by force). Unless you're suggesting that a fetus is not alive...

I'm "pro-responsibility".

If you are willing to take the chance of causing pregnancy, you should accept responsibility for your actions and have the kid.

This is not a "act without worrying about the consequences" type of world, nor do I want it to become that.

Abortion is simply saying "I chose to act as I did, but don't want to worry about the consequences of my action. I will never learn, but I never have to worry. I can act however I want and get away with it!".

That being said, when it comes down to rape or the pregnancy comes down to a medical choice of saving the mother or saving the child, but not both... then abortion is fine.
