Features that are advertised but that nobody fucking uses**
SIMPLE BLOWS? WHAT? LOL. GMax is a fucking dumbed down, free version of 3DSMAX, this comparison can't be applied to OSX because you have as much fucking freedom as you do on any other operating system.
Just the fact that we're EMULATING WINDOWS is an insult to it, it's like fucking legacy bullshit to us. But I haven't found myself needing to emulate anything save for Steam. lol@"Macs are useless compared to Windows" WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU KIDDING MAN? You have no fucking idea what you're talking about. Final fucking Cut Pro is an industry standard, just like Macs are a standard for graphic design (tip of the iceberg, there's a lot more to Macs than you think, lol).
Hate him or not, Steve Jobs knows how to market stuff, and those Pixar movies are always hits.
... I think you misread what I said regarding penny pinching. You guys refuse to buy Macs because they're "more expensive" or whatever, you try configuring a system that equalizes the iMac (24" screen and processor alone make up for over 50% of its price... I'm talking about the 24" 2.8 Merom XE one).
I don't give a shit about USB for peripherals like keyboards and mice, but fucking storage? Honestly? Or cameras? USB 2.0 can't match the performance of Firewire in any way in those areas. Firewire is the best thing since DVI (digital video is something they've had for a long time, in the mean time we're still seeing VGA out on PC laptops) and I can only hope F800 will replace USB 2.0, but it probably won't even though the standard sucks total ass.
If F400 feels natural (as if the drive was in your tower), I can only wonder how quick F800 feels.
Wow shit you so didn't read what I said about the mighty mouse, speaking of mice, you're talking as if we were limited to Apple's mighty mouse (wireless and wired). Well, no. I'm using a Logitech G5 with my iMac and the mighty mouse on my laptop, sometimes I also use an off-the-shelf black mouse depending on surface conditions.
FUCK

I think it's funny that some of you will argue over which is better, Windows or Mac. It's a real fine line on the two. Of course the two will only be as good as user who operates the two. There are many perks that Mac's can offer over Windows, and there are many perks that Windows OS's can offer for the Mac's. It's all about personal preferences and what you plan on doing with it. As for me I know I can't say that Windows is better than Mac, I have not a clue of the full potential of Mac's.

I use a Mac for work (they bought me a MacBook pro that performs as well as my desktop, and I can dual boot it between Mac and Windows when I need to) - in fact my entire office uses Macs and even the least computer-savvy of them hasn't had any trouble learning how to use it. The outrageously fewer viruses and exploits make the company only need to hire one part-time desktop support guy for 30 employees.
I love my PC, I love my Mac... I use both interchangeably and easily and I based my opinion on actually USING a Mac and USING a PC for years and not basing my opinions on other people's fanboy spewings and uneducated thoughts. When you say that you can't right-click on a Mac, you pretty much label yourself a bumbling retard and unqualified to speak on the issue.... because like others, I use the exact same mouse on both my Windows desktop and my Mac laptop with no problems at all.
Also, even a retard with 65 IQ points can figure out iTunes and can make it not automatically sync their iPod or whatever else you need it to do. If you can't figure that out, you have issues.
I'm the bawss.

This is a kind of reply that i was looking for, however it went offtopic due to the uneducated morons who posted first.
What are your opinions on Leopard Crimson? Are you going to be getting it, or is your workplace buying it for you? You must have seen some keynote speeches about it.

I'm not a first adopter, especially not on my work PC. Our desktop support guy is, so I'll wait for his take on it before I consider upgrading.

My version of OS X has decided to be "gay" on me because:
1. It likes to randomly choose applications as the active one, when i click an inactive window.
2. It likes to hog RAM, making other applications run slow.
3. It likes to not do what i tell it to, instead do the oppesit (me: "close 'this' app" The OS: "OS X is now closing 'that' app" me: "NO I WANT THAT ONE!")
4. WTF is a kernel panic, and why does MSN 6.2.3 cause them?
5. Other reasons in which i can't remember at this moment in time.
Besides those points, which many of them are bugs only on my end (no-one else has them), OS X is fine. In some cases, better than Windows.

Seems obvious why Mac should be a NAY then >.>
I'm sorry, but I never had windows do that to me. It was either working or just not working, but not half working like your OS X...

Mac OS isn't "dumbed down". It's more user-friendly and powerful.
