Recruit

I have searched the forums for answers but i need direct help from ppl.

I have a brand new laptop with vista . i installed renegade from TFD on to my laptop. I can start everything up except for WOL when i click on WOL i get the incompatibility message . I have not downloaded any renguard on this computer yet either ,or corepatches. Just installed the game ONLY.

I read other threads and not sure what i should do exactly to make this work for online play. If you can give me the exact steps to folo that would be grand! Big Ups

Uninstall TFD. Reinstall The First Decade. DO NOT PATCH IT PLEASE!!!!!!

Install Renegade. STILL DO NOT PATCH TFD.

Play Renegade. NEVER PATCH TFD.

Or in short, don't path TFD ever.

Renguard is a wonderful initiative

How do i uninstall TFD if renegade comes with TFD i have to install TFD to get renegade. confuzzled

Try this:

Download this: http://files.filefront.com/APathBeyond9935FDSexe/;4888993;/fileinfo.html

Run the installer, and when given the option, only have the WOL components checked. Install.

Play Renegade.
