Permabanned for trying and failing DDoS

today NR restarted (it was 0´o clock... then if NR loaded it sayed : "Corrupted nrconfig.ini - Radar" then i redownloaded nr and putted from the new NR the nrconfig.ini in my old 1 and still the error appears !!! Sneaky

how can i fix it?
